1. Eligibility
By accessing our website, you confirm that:

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, graphics, and logos, is the property of Metadac FZE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from Metadac FZE.
DACOS®, DACOS Omni™, eDacShop™, and related product/system names are trademarks of Metadac FZE.
3. User Content
If you submit content to us (such as reviews, feedback, testimonials, or case images), you grant Metadac FZE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for promotional or operational purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of third parties.
4. Product Information, Availability & Software
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information. However:
Availability, pricing, and specifications may change without prior notice.
eDacShop cannot guarantee that colors, sizes, or product visuals on the site perfectly represent the final product due to screen and rendering differences.
Minor visual or cosmetic variations that do not affect function are not considered defects.
Software libraries disclaimer
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page:
DACOS hardware kits and components do not include any CAD or CAM software licenses.
DACOS libraries for supported software (e.g. Exocad, BlenderForDental, 3Diemme, and others) are distributed separately by Metadac FZE or its partners.
Availability, pricing, and distribution methods for software libraries may differ by platform and region.
Please refer to the Software section of our website or contact us for the most current compatibility information.
5. Shipping, Customs & Duties
5.1 Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates (UAQ Free Zone) using third-party carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or similar services.
5.2 Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
For international deliveries (including EU, US, and other regions):
Local VAT, import duties, customs clearance fees, and handling fees may be charged by the carrier or customs authority in the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated as “Duties & Taxes Included” at checkout, these charges are not included in the price you pay on eDacShop and are the responsibility of the receiver.
We cannot predict or control the exact amount of these charges, as they are determined by local authorities and carrier policies.
Placing an order on eDacShop constitutes acceptance of this condition.
5.3 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are indicative only and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Metadac FZE is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, services, and products are provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate information and stable operations, we do not warrant that:
The website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities; or
The information on the site will always be complete, current, or accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Metadac FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase from eDacShop shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only.
Metadac FZE does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of those external sites.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to eDacShop, without prior notice, if:
You violate these Terms & Conditions;
You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior; or
Your actions are reasonably considered harmful to our business, reputation, or users.
10. Returns & Refunds
All DACOS Omni products are precision-engineered and undergo strict quality control prior to shipment.
Because these are technical devices used in clinical and laboratory workflows, we manage returns with specific rules.
10.1 Eligibility for Return
A return request may be approved if:
The product arrived damaged or defective;
The incorrect item was shipped; or
There is another validated issue directly attributable to Metadac FZE or the carrier.
In all cases:
The issue must be reported to info@metadac.io within 7 days of delivery.
Photographic evidence and order details are required.
Products that have been used, assembled with magnets, adhesives, or other materials, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
10.2 Return Process
Once a return is authorized:
You will receive a carrier return label by email (where available), or return instructions.
Returns must be shipped using the provided method within 5 business days of approval.
Unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error, return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you prefer, Metadac FZE may ship a replacement item instead of issuing a refund, at our discretion.
10.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
Customized or logo-personalized DACOS components;
Items damaged by improper handling, storage, or installation;
Items exposed to resins, adhesives, or extreme conditions contrary to our usage guidelines.
10.4 Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, less applicable fees or shipping deductions.
Any customs, duties, or local taxes paid in the destination country are not refundable by Metadac FZE. Customers must consult their local authorities regarding any possible recovery.
10.5 International Returns
For international customers:
Return shipping costs are typically comparable to the original carrier rate.
You are responsible for proper packaging and labeling to avoid damage or additional customs charges on re-entry.
We may decline returns where local regulations prevent the import of used dental components.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, products, or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with primary reference to UAQ Free Zone jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE (including Dubai courts), as applicable.
